The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Surface Conditioning Disc SC-DR is a versatile surface conditioning disc designed for cleaning, deburring, blending, grinding, polishing, radiusing, refining, surface preparation and finishing applications. This non-woven disc combines a durable web construction with the 3M™ Roloc™ quick-change attachment system for fast, efficient disc changes and consistent surface finishing.

The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Surface Conditioning Disc SC-DR incorporates fast-cutting aluminium oxide abrasive throughout non-woven nylon or synthetic fibres. This fibre structure allows for working on irregular or contoured surfaces whilst maintaining the shape of the workpiece. The integrated 3M™ Roloc™ TR quick-change attachment system provides secure disc retention during demanding applications and enables fast, tool-free disc replacement.

Användningsområden
The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Surface Conditioning Disc SC-DR is suitable for use on a wide variety of substrates, including wood, ferrous alloys and other metals. Typical applications include refining the surface after coated abrasive operations, reducing surface roughness, removing weld discolouration, light oxidation and paint. It is also suitable for contour finishing, light deburring, weld cleaning and rust removal.
