    The BF-P suction cups from Piab’s DURAFLEX® range are engineered for reliable gripping on uneven and porous surfaces like cardboard. Made from a polyurethane blend, they combine rubber-like elasticity with superior wear resistance. Their two-component design ensures both strength and flexibility, while the mark-free material protects delicate surfaces. Multiple variants and sizes make them ideal for diverse applications in packaging, automotive, and general automation

    Optimized for Uneven and Porous Surfaces. BF-P is engineered to grip securely on challenging surfaces, such as cardboard and other porous materials, ensuring minimal leakage and maximum efficiency . Manufactured from a specially developed DURAFLEX® material, these suction cups offer the elasticity of rubber combined with the wear resistance of polyurethane for extended durability . In the 30/60 Shore design, the bellows and sealing lip are made from materials of different hardnesses, providing a strong, stable structure while maintaining a soft, flexible seal for optimal handling of varied surfaces . The 60 Shore DURAFLEX® material is mark-free, making these suction cups suitable for sensitive applications where surface integrity must be preserved. Ideal for a variety of industries and tasks, including automotive (plastic part removal, trim assembly), packaging (box handling, carton erecting), and plastics (part removal), as well as general automation and pick-and-place operations .
